Atraso no som a gravar para o portatil

Boas tardes!

Ofereceram me um portatil no natal e eu queria gravar umas pistas de guitarra (pequenas ideias, nada mto serio) com o audacity, mas fiquei preocupado pq mal ligo a pedaleira ao computador o som sai me retardado cerca de meio segundo, esteja a gravar ou não. Existe alguma solução para resolver este problema?

Podes instalar os drivers Asio 4 All para tentar minimizar a questão, pode ajudar mas de qualquer modo não vai fazer milagres. Se queres realmente não ter problemas com isso e gravar com qualidade tens de comprar um interface de gravação, firewire ou usb.

Ou isso ou actualizar o driver ASIO nativo.

" First, download and install the latest driver for your soundcard. From within the audio application you use, make sure you always make use of the "ASIO" driver for your soundcard, and NOT the DirectSound or WASAPI driver.

Please note that a professional audio device that provides its own ASIO driver usually performs better than when using ASIO4ALL with a generic soundcard. Isso é problema de latência. O Computador demora algum tempo a processar a informação que lhe chega e é esse mesmo tempo entre processar e reproduzir a informação que está a "ouvir".

olá. gostaria de saber se com este equipamento http://www.thomann.d...ding_studio.htm dá para utilizar a guitarra no guitar rig 4 sem se ouvir ruidos. obrigado e bom fim de semana ;)
